Magnesium is a mineral essential for many bodily functions. When used topically it may provide benefits to the muscles it is directly applied to. It works similar to soaking in an epsom salt bath after a long day. Magnesium aids in relieving muscle tension which then helps relieve pain, stress and improves sleep.
Occasionally, you may see tiny spec, a remnant of shea nuts as the shea butter we use is unrefined, this is normal and does not affect the efficacy of the product. As with many natural products, the color may vary slightly from season to season and texture may vary slightly with different temperatures.

I have a lot of neck and back pain, and this cream helps so much! After using it for the first time- I could turn my head to the side without pain for the first time in weeks! I’ve been putting it on every night and have been sleeping pain free. It’s a little hard to get out of the jar, so I use a little scoop.

I've used it after a workout and it helps me relax. Not too sore in the morning. At night when I can't sleep. I rub it on my shoulders and neck and withing 10 min I'm asleep. I used it for my son for growing pains. Awesome product. I gift it to all my friends and at babyshowers for sure.
