How fast do you ship?
All our products are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, plus delivery time from the carrier.
How do I know which product is right for me?
We offer a skincare quiz at the top of our home page that may help! Remember with any new product it's always a good idea to patch test.
Do you offer free shipping?
We sure do! Use code shipfree for free shipping on all orders over $75.
Can I return, exchange or request a refund?
We hope you love all our products but if ever you have an issue with any order we want to make it right. While we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products please email us at info@untamednaturals.com. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make it right.
Are your products vegan?
Our products are almost all vegan with the exception of our Calendula Balm, Lips Balms and Magnesium Cream, which contain beeswax and our Honey Turmeric Mask which contains honey.

Can I use Untamed Naturals products on children?
Each formula is different. Review the full ingredient list and individual product directions before use. Patch test first, and ask your child’s pediatrician about products for young children or sensitive skin.
What age can children start using your products?
There is no one age recommendation for every product. Essential-oil content and individual sensitivities matter. Check the specific product details and ask your pediatrician for age-specific guidance, especially for babies and toddlers.
Can I use your products during pregnancy or while nursing?
Please review the ingredients in each formula with your prenatal-care professional before use. Do not apply products to areas that may come into contact with a nursing baby unless your healthcare professional has confirmed they are suitable.
Should I patch test?
Yes. Apply a small amount to an appropriate area first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid applying products to broken skin unless the product instructions specifically say otherwise.
