Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are in addition to our processing time.

Order Issues

  • Untamed Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.

Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used. This is to keep everything safe, fresh, and hygienic for all of our customers.
