Magnesium is a mineral essential for many bodily functions. When used topically it may provide benefits to the muscles it is directly applied to. It works similar to soaking in an epsom salt bath after a long day. Magnesium aids in relieving muscle tension which then helps relieve pain, stress and improves sleep.  

Occasionally, you may see tiny spec, a remnant of shea nuts as the shea butter we use is unrefined, this is normal and does not affect the efficacy of the product. As with many natural products, the color may vary slightly from season to season and texture may vary slightly with different temperatures.
